Año tras año ha ido perdiendo mucho, cambiando empleados y por tanto el trato personal hacia el residente.nEl espacio exterior desaprovechado, jardín mal cuidado.nLa comida ha ido también empeorando dia tras día.nServicio lavandería malo, las ropas salen destrozadas y el reparto es inexacto, pocas veces encuentro la ropa de mi familiar en su armario.nMuchas veces lo han llevado con ropas, incluso zapatos de otras personas y por más que se diga ni caso.nCuando hubo incidentes, no llamaban en el momento y nos enterabamos al ir a visitar.nMuy descontenta.

Como residencia no sé qué tal es, lo único que sé que el personal es maleducado, no abre la puerta cuando llaman a la ambulancia, y los pacientes van solos en la ambulancia la mayoría de veces sin el personal de la residencia.
